I want to know if anyone knows if there is away that i can gety my under glow to flash when i lock and unlock my car with keyless like the headlights do?

there is a way, i saw in on an eclipse before...just assume it'd have to be wired into the lights somehow with constant power

You could wire them in so they get power from the headlights or parking lights. Then, so they're not on all the time with the headlights, have a switch between the power source and the neons. Then just turn the switch on before you get out of the car and turn it off when you drive at night, unless you want to keep them on. Easy enough.
