go check your oil right now and tell us if it full. then open your coolant resevoir, look at the part of it that goes into the resevoir and see if there is a chocolatey/milky substance on it.
from my experience white smoke = coolant and bluish smoke = oil.

you are screwed, your lower intake manifold gasket is going if you have a chocolate milk shake under the coolant cap. Take it to your mechanic and have him look at it if you dont feel up to tearing the motor apart yourself to fix it. It is a serious problem that needs to be fixed, search lower intake manifold gasket and you will find all the info you need. Good luck, oh and i think the average cost of fix is like $600. Hope i didnt ruin your day.

intake manifold gasket, its a $30 part that is giving you all this trouble, all of the expense is in the labor costs to switch it. If you have a mechanic friend i suggest you call him. This happened to my brother, he ignored me and thought it would be ok to put a lot of miles on and he ended up blowing the motor. You can drive it that way just not for very long, since you already have the milkshake that means your gasket is in rough shape. but just be aware of the problem.
I forgot, if you want you could buy yourself some time by getting a bottle of bars leaks head gasket sealer to help seal up the gasket until you can afford to get it fixed, and do a radiator flush, you will have to do that with the bars leaks, but it will buy you a little time.
