Air ride suspension

i was thinkin about getting air ride suspension for my car but i dunno to much about it performance wise. if i take a corner with it fast will it perform well like performance springs or what?? someone help me out here, gimme some advice.

i personally think that air ride performs better then a lowering spring and ride better then a coil over, I.E.---on my old air ride struts i took off ramps and on ramps at about 65 mph and running a nitto tire at 225/40/18 and it hugged the road
i personally would never ever go to a lowering spring or a coil over again
nothing beats air ride
