it is a form of passlock...if you pull that out, you wouldn't able to start the car unless you put it back in...i forget the name of it, i honestly haven't seen it used in years so i forget the actual name of it

No, its an aftermarket thing....we used to piss with those when I worked at this Tidy Car place...we did undercoating, detailing and aftermarket installs of stupid stuff like that
