my stearing wheel has started creeking whenever i turn it ever since i had my springs and rims put on. are the wheels to heavy for the power stearing? or does it just need some good ol lube?
what could cause this sound?

sounds like your bearing and mounting plates arent seated. you'll probably want to pull them off and reseat

I had this when I got my lowering springs, it sounded like I was driving a wooden ship. The rubber parts in the bearing plates were worn out and the lowering springs changed the angle so it just shredded the whole mounting plate.
