I did a little searching aound, but I can't find a how to on installing an air intake system... I want to make sure I do it the right way, sinse I've never installed one before... So if anyone can help, that would be awesome!

we'll need to know which type of intake you bought and which engine you have to get a detailed how-to put together.

but generally speaking, you take off all the factory plastic air intake junk and put on the shiny new part. and done.

tools needed:
8mm socket OR flathead for intake clamps
13mm socket for the big nuts that hold on the big plastic parts (maybe it's 10mm, I forget. I did mine well over a year ago. lol)

that's it.

... if it doesn't seem like its on right... its not.

its pretty basic. I'm a total engine noob and i put mine on in like 20 minutes. (the coupler part took a few minutes to figure out) and i didn't even use any pictures...

I should get new clamps too, right? Or will the old ones be alright?
