nice start man..... next, i would get headers, so you have a complete exhaust..... after that, if your not running a soundsystem, i would get the alt pulley and crank pulley......

www.rsmracing.com has decent parts for decent prices, but I have heard that they have sh*tty customer service. Also, www.jbodyperformance.com has some good parts, just make sure they will fit your Alero. Most the things like intake, header, pullies will fit, but other engine mods might not, so check first.

check out j-body.org, personally to make power i would do is a bigger throttle body, stage 1 cams, stage 1 p&p head, maybe a slightly bigger injector and of course a blower or turbo
a power pully isnt going to make that much of a difference it might free up a few ponies but not allot, and oh ya can`t forget about re-tuning the ecm but that won`t happen any time soon
on my ecotec all i did was a full exhuast, rk sport wai, and a bigger t/b
and it showed a slight difference but not neck whipping horse power
i was taught to make horse power ya have to go internal and build from there

if money is not a big problem, i would def go with what ppgnut said.... those should give you great gains

He said he wants to know of some mods that will give him a little bit more power...... stage 1 cams, stage 1 p&p head, and a blower or turbo are gonna give him a lot of power, he doesnt want racing hp, he just wants some pick up. and with headers, full cat back and CAI you are deff gonna get some pickup.

ehhh the headers, cat back and cai, he's prob only gonna pick up about 10-13 luckily...... i dunno something like that

15.Performance Ignition

16.Con-rods
Might as well replace those with the pistons....
I can keep going...just let me know how deep your pockets are...;)
The way I see it...this should be good for an east 200+ WHP. Good 240 at the crank...and if all else fails....run the stock cams and a wet shot of nitrous. Nitrous is obviously the cheapest way to get hp, but if you want to run anything bigger that about 35, an adjustable ignition is necessary, and I would definately run a wet shot...:drunk:Damn I am bored....

Oh, and that's not true, any shop that tunes with HPTuners can tune it, they just have to use a license for it, I got quoted 250-300 for a tune. BUT the good thing is that once they use a license they can do unlimited tunes on that car....Soooo that means that they would tune mine in the future for free...250-300 for a 'life time' tune...:yahoo:

well what i was saying was there is not a re flash for the n-body ecotec yet not that i know of but maybe iam wrong
Alero2k4

Nope, that is correct, it would have to be an actual 'tune' or the gm sc reflash...
