Thanks... like i said probably 9 hours into them... The LED's are mounted 2 behind the middle bezel (split between the to lights) and i drilled a hole for the inside turn signal in the top. and the outside turn signal had a opening. Glued them into place with some industrial PVC type glue stuff. and aimed them as best as i could (not fun).

But definatly well worth the efforts. It made the overall headlight way darker and not so bright, and shiny. Which is great for my black car obviously.

you know what would be really cool, at least to me, is if there was some way to get that alero symbol in the front to glow also...

This winter everything is gettin shaved. Goin to take off the door handles, front logo, mold in the side skirts, and probably have the chrome around the windows painted as well. Whole car is goin in for paint.

So the Old's logo wont be on the front of mine. But those that would wanna make it glow could cut out the area around the logo (not very much) and mount a piece of plexi glass in the hole. Then mount the Olds logo onto the piece of plexi. Put a couple LED's behind it and it would light up. Leaving the Olds shape in black (backlighting the logo basically). Could look pretty nice buuuuuttttt not my taste

^ or the opposite, and cut the olds symbol out, and fill it in w/ clear... then backlight that. again, not my style either, but i'm sure someone on the board will end up doing that.

well I was thinking of something along the line of shaving it to where it looks like there's nothing there and no hole, but at night it lights up... Just a thought...
