Alright after going to fitness class with my friend last night,we got in my car, and started it up. My service engine light came on, and the car felt a little shaky. The shake felt like it was coming more soo from underneath. I'm not 100 percent sure if i know what it is. I"m thinking it may have something to do with the fuel line, or the exhaust. Anyone have a clue to what it might be. I have not done anyting to the tires lately, and i am not anywhere near due for my oil change.

well if the engine light comes on, you should take it in to get fixed....timing could be off, just a guess

My EGR vavle got stuck open once, caused a problem like that. The rpm would dive, then come back up and shake like hell. It set a code though. If you get a light, take it to autozone and have them scan it. If you don't, it was probly just in a bad mood. ;)

ok update: I had no problem with it this morning but the light still remained on to service engine soon. Then I later on I had to go home for a little bit from work, and when I went to drive back to work, the light went off. odd, but glad it went off and everything is fine. Guessthat damn squirrel left.

could have been a misfire(i had that once), or a messed up EGR valve, those things get really dirty depending on your milage.

that has happened to me a couple of times many lee the shaking is because of the feul injectors they are not alowing enough feul in the engine also it could be that you did not put the gas cap on tight enough..
