Underglow legality

hey guys, live in ontario canada, im wondering if anyone knows the laws with respect to underglow, ive heard white is the only legal coulor you can have, does anyone know what coulors are legal? or if it is just strictly illegal.

and also, does anyone know what the code number for the dome light by the shifter under the console is. i got 74's but i cant get them in.

well here in Fl where im at the only illegal colors are red and blue. Your specific laws im not sure
