He liked the one I had on my Alero, but they dont make it any more so if you guys can find it he would probably love it. Vibrant made it and they dont make it any more.

I am sure some of you remember it. I sold it to Mdodge and I guess from what Marie said he sold it with his car so it is officially gone.
Found it in wood on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Auto-Shift-KNOB-Knobs-WOOD-AUTOMATIC-DW98_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33703QQihZ006QQite mZ160040126563QQrdZ1
And down the page from that I found the exact one you wanted 99redcoupe http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ACCORD-SHIFT-KNOB-AT-CARBON-FIBER-AUTOMATIC-C97_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33703QQihZ006QQitem Z160040529499QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

Nothing else. Just loosen the 4 set screws that hold it on and slide it on and tighten them up. Just make sure everything is engaging correctly before you go driving any where. Keep the little wrench with you that comes with it because from time to time mine would loosen up.

so the shiftknob comes with 4 screws and just loosen and then tighten. can i use a thin flathead screw driver to get the pin out?

This is the shift knob I put in my car. And the Carbon Fiber isnt fake on this one for your information.
I think fake carbon fiber is the tackiest lookin shit.

I still like the one I had, which is real btw. I should get the wood one and put it in my impala, I think it might match the wood on my dash.
