hello guys and gals , i work for pacesetter and we just got done testing a 03 grand am with the ecotec motor

right now our current ecotec header for the cavaliers/sunfires fits , but the o2 sensor needs to be moved the the bottom location of the colector

we are going to be changing our current cav/sf header o2 position to match the ga/alero position , we will be running a small run to very soon to get the header out for you guys

but if those of you want the painted header you can order them now , but youll need to get a o2 sensor bung welded to the header in the bottom(90 degrees from current location) and get a plug to seal the other o2 hole

also we are going to offer a cat back thats a single 2.25 " to a dual out let muffler with dual slash cut tips on each side , they are a few months away yet , but ill let you all know

When will these become available to the general public? Any plans on turbo or S/c accessories?

they will be avaliable soon

also the headers are now CARB LEGAL !!

these are all we are going to be doing besides a cat back , but the aleros and malibus will need to do a little bumper modding , its going to be a single mufler with dual outlets that resemble the G/A gt system

can you post some pics of these headers and maybe a comparison shot of how bored out they are compared to the stock exhaust manifolds - I was told that the eco manifolds were bored out almost to the max for max efficiency... any truth to this?
