1. Will a shop build to any specs requested
2. Suppy the upgraded parts myself, or what the shop recommends
3. Recommended before FI, or after
4. Only helps performance, or makes the engine bulletproof
5. On the 3400, what components need the most attention
6. What components should be thrown out completely and be upgraded
7. How much would a shop generally charge
8. Would it still be street-able

Heck no I'm not doing this. Just never seen anyone discuss the pros and cons of it on this site. Any opinions

In my opinion its up to you. I would have a street race set-up in more than just the engine. There is also the trans,suspenion and brakes,body flex....etc. Another person to talk to is Blackjack
