assuming you have the automatic, reach behind the shifter and pull out the staple, lift up on the shifter, and pull the surrounding piece straight up, disconnect ETS, take out the light. that will get you started. i never took out the seats or whatever you're trying to accomplish so icant help you anywher past that

there are two plastic pieces that cover screws all the way at the front of the car, near the secondary cig lighter and on the opposite side if those are the screws you are talking about.

take the seats out. bolts on the back of the seats, lean the seat back, lift seat forward toward the windshield, then up and out.

I didn't take the seats out and I got mine out no problem.

The back 2 bolts are inside the armrest all the way down

Just put the seat ahead all the way, get a ratchet with the proper socket, reach in between the console and seat, push the seat back like an inch. with your fingers giving you extra space between console and seat, slip the ratchet and socket in and take out the bolts.

I think its gonna be easier to take seats out, cause i cant get to it with the seat moved all the way forward, thanks for the info though its much appreciated;)
