I fucking hat stupid fucking drivers!!! :mad2: Fucking stupid ass girl pulled right out in front of me tonight and i totally had no place to go but right into her side. She was driving a honda civic '96....i fucking totalled her car! HA thats what you get you get!!!!:dance1: Anyway My poor car is hurting sooooo badly rigth now. I just got new HIDs put in....those are toast now...the headlights I painted and LED...gone...The hood bumber and pasanger quarter panel are all ruined and in need of replacing. The passanger door needs paint.....as for suspension and allignment....dunno yet
Her passanger tried to say that i didnt have my lights on...I was like...my lights turn on automatically. So i almost wanted to hit him for saying that. The cop totally put her at fault which is good....so as long as her insurance doesnt try to fuck me oevr it should all egt fixed...but im totaly making them pay for a rental car for me to use...have to get ot work and i have My Guard weekend this weekend. Going to have to do that so i can get there and back. OH well....her fault..not mine...SHe can pay for it all and teach her to fucking pay attention. I want to just :gun: her car right now and be like.....what were you thinking!!
Sorry as you can tell...im pretty pissed off!!

WOW holy crap dude. Nice to see a dead civic and that she was found at fault, but sorry bout the car.... dont want another alero done for good. Hope nothing else goes wrong...... i got my car after it had been in a minor accident, so statistically im less at risk to crash! Ok well maybe not but I have convinced myself that so um...yea.

Good time to get a body kit! lol
Or paint the car!
Or bag it if it needs suspension work!
:D hehehe
Too bad about the headlights. I had a minor crash (my fault, really blonde, hit a parked truck going like 2 mph) and cracked my headlights but luckily it was the rear grey plastic part and I sealed it up (sorry, that was off topic). It's enough of a pain doing the leadlights once let alone twice cuz they got ruined. Plus with the HIDs, ouch.
Still sucks though, it's always a pain in the ass when this stuff goes on. At least it was her fault and the Alero isn't totalled.

Then again, my friend's mom hit a deer on the jersey turnpike @ 80, entire front end was toast. Frame knocked off, suspension and alignment, done, axle, done. Diddn't total it, though. Then again, it was an Aroura.

let see some pics of your car, what kind of insurance do you have??? and the other driver ??? i can help you from there
don`t worry about the frame rails here is the standard for frame work
if it is wrinkled repair if it is cracked replace frame rails can be sectioned no problem there
but i need to know the insurance company and need to see some pics
aftermarket products will be replaced if it is on the vehicle prior to the accident and do not pay out of your pocket that will put you in the poor house
where i work frame labor is now up to 75 an hour body labor is 65 paint is 55
so tell me more i will help out

shit tell me about it, same shit almost happened to me yesterday, and i'm pretty sure it was a guy in a civic too. didnt even look left at a stop sign and charges out, if i didnt honk and get the "deer stuck in headlights look from him" we probably would have crashed. but then again i probably should have just braked hard b/c there was a cop coming in the opposite direction.

Mine didn't get totalled. Over $4500 in damage to an 01 alero and I'm still driving it. Bitches. I wish they would have crushed the thing. The paint doesn't match, the windshield has a horrible wind leak and when it rains hard my passenger floor gets wet. Good luck with that. The kid that hit me, said "OH I didn't see you!" I have HID wannabe head lights, they are brighter then shit AND my car is Bright red... Can you say idiot?!?!

When you get your car repainted and ready to roll, I think that you should put a small Japanese flag near your drivers window signifying a kill, just like a fighter pilot. Your own medal of honor.

Mine got totalled, but I hit one of those guardrails in the center of the freeway (like before a bridge) @ about 65mph $7,500 in dmg and a '99.
Hopefully yours doesn't get sh*tcanned and ya, I would have wanted to hit them too if they said that about the headlights
Headstrong2740
11-02-2006, 11:46 AM
ok well i got some PICs for you guys....the damage isnt to bad...but i did notice this morning that the engine mount is leaking hardcore...so apparetnly the engine shifted pretty violently inside...so we will see wat the extent of the damage is. All i know though is.....it could be worse then it looks rigth now.
The alero surprisingly held up really well. I dont know if they towed her car or if she dorve it to her house...she was turning into her parking lot when i hit her...so ill have to call her and be like..."where is your smashed ride at?!?" lol
the damage looks worse in person though guys

They definitely won't total your car.
Headstrong2740
11-02-2006, 12:21 PM
Yeah im not to worried about it..but im a little uneasy with the engine mount being fucked up now...that worries me a bit.
Oh and for insurance companies.... I have ESURANCE and she has LIBERTY MUTUAL. fortuantly her company i have already talked to...and looks like they are going to pay for everything including my rental....ill find out details later toda i hope

be glad liberty mutal is payin and not e-insurance with them it will be nothing but crap aftermarket parts and i mean below the usall kestone aftermarket parts
liberty mutal sucks donkey balls, you will either get junk yard parts or kestone parts, their labor rate i think is 55 an hour?? not to sure that car did not get hit hard enough for the frame rails to be bent not enough to push the upper tie bar out of whack, what i see is new hood, new fender, maybe new fender liner, head light, headlight mount panel
repair the bumper, new license plate bracket
maybe a new energy absorber maybe, i doubt the re-bar got it not hit that hard
will not total it can be fixed and dont even think about getttin anything from liberty mutal as far as aftermarket body kits or any other modifications ya want won`t happen

Does anyone know how state farm is about replacement parts? Some old lady in a crown vic pulled out in front of me while i was doing 45 monday. I hit the curb, got on 2 wheels and came down into the side of her. Need new front bumper, 2 wheels and tires, quarter panel and the door needs paint. Am I going to get junkyard parts ?

I had 1 experience with them about 10 years ago when somebody who had State Farm hit my Toronado . They cut me a check for an extremely fair amount after I had estimates done. They approved all NOS parts. I was very relieved at that point. I have had Farmers Insurance for 24 years and have been 100% satisfied with them. Hell they just re-roofed and re-sided my house due to hail damage which was minor, and there was no increase in premium. Gotta love that.

the way i look at it is....the repairs better hold up long enough till i get done with school and then start doing the major project on it. That wont be for about another year or so though. Ill be defanetly seeking advice on ideas when that comes around.
Still shitty that ill be getting junky yard parts. would prefer new parts or aftermarket parts. they did seem to nice about getting my claim rolling and everything. Kinda have a feeling i might get burned on this somehow too.
ppgnut
11-03-2006, 12:43 AM
you won`t get burned, thats just the way insurance companies are saving money let`s put it this way i would rather put a junk yard fender on then a fender from keystone
like LKQ parts are not that bad and good for us being on commision we get time to fix and dents on the panles gotta love it
your car will be fine there is nothing to worry about

If your HID kit and all the other mods you've done are fairly new... you can make her pay for replacement parts for those too... My buddy got hit right after he put a kit on his car and he also got the HIDs and a week later he had the accident... He ended up getting the person to pay for new HID kit and a new front bumper from the kit he got... Had to go to court over it, but he won...

My insurance company gave me a used door and fender, aftermarket windshield and passenger window glass. It drives me nuts that the two windows are different brands, then again Im just anal like that. Just make sure your body shop carries a warranty on their work (most do) and get it in writing. I've been back to the bodyshop twice, and now I have to go back for a really bad wind leak on the windshield. Im just tempted to go to my insurance company, say, "Waldecker blew it, I'm taking my stuff elsewhere, you pay and get the money from the moran that hit me." I think I should sue the punk and his stupid mom. She wanted to leave the scene and just exchange insurance info since "it was taking too long" for the cop to get there. Might need to talk to Britts dad about this one...
