Tire Blew Out Again

Ok so im driving on the highway, its around 8:30pm, goin to drop my sister off at her house. Im in the fast lane, going around 65-70 and then i see a METAL F*CKING PIPE IN THE LANE. i couldnt swerve out of the way cause there was a jeep a little behind me in the middle lane. So i hit it, and i got a flat. Now keep in mind i got these tires around April 06, its not Nov 06 and ive blown 3 tires. Now 1 of the tires that blew was because of my stupid driving, but the other 2 were due to SHIT IN THE ROAD. Oh yea and i bent my rim a little too! so i have to get the rim fixed and im planning on selling the 4 rims, 3 with tires, the other one im not buying a tire for cause im wasting money on it. I will probably sell them for $300 for all of them. This fucking sucks!

cant you file a claim with the state of new york? do you have police reports?

no i dont i have a police report. I called up my mom and had her and my stepdad come bring me my stock rim, cause i cant get to my spare because of my sub box.

But now that u say that, maybe i can file something????? i dont know, they might tell me no cause i dont have any evidence of stuff being in the road. But when i pulled over to the right off the highway, THERE WERE WEIGHTS THERE!? who the hell throws weights on the side of the highway?? dumb ass people who live in albany
