I have searched and read a lot of posts concerning dash removal. I have not yet run across one that gives a step-by-step instruction for removing the dash. I have redone the entire interior of my Mustang without any issues. However, I cannot seem to get past the removal of the glovebox on my Alero. Can someone please help. I am specifically looking at replacing the trim piece directly above the glovebox. Is this a 1 piece dash or can this piece be removed seperately from the remainder of the dash? Just wondering because it is two toned.

it's a one piece dash

It's just like our doors... IF you take the door panel off, you'll see that it's pretty much all one piece minus the door handle, and the part where the switches for the window and lock is.... other than that it's one piece and the dash is the same way...

Thanks for the help. One more question. I have located a replacement dash. It has come from a 99 Alero. Will this '99 dash fit in the '04 model?
