I have something wrong in my front end I think, well at the least the suspension part of it. It seems when I go down a rough street there is a lot of rattling and banging noise in the front end. Also when I turn both I ways, I swear I can hear a popping noise. I have no idea what it is. I only have 36,000 miles and they are no where near hard miles. Any help would be appreciated.

Mileage doesn't matter on these cars. It depends on how you treat the suspension. Do you drive like Mario Andertti, are the streets you go down lined with potholes like your post says? It could be bushing, bearings, loose body parts. if you don't know what to look for have a professional or two look at it.

This car was owned by my grandma before me and so I can tell you it has hardly seen any action. I go it with 28,000 miles on it and its my baby. I'm going to take to the shop on Friday to see what's up.

if something is popping when you turn, that might be your CV joints....i hope not b/c thats a $300 fix to do both the left and right side

If it is a popping sound when making a full turn I would recommend you to take a friend with you to check the front suspension. Ask him or her to have a look at the front spring when you turning the wheels from full left to full right and back again. If it pops in the springs you can be sure the strut mount bearings have seized. This will very fast result in broken front springs.
I know by experience....

wow, $300? hopefully you're not having the same problem as him, then. i'd say have a shop take a look at it, but give you an estimate. sometimes they'll try and just throw parts at it, and rip you off.

cv axles are one of the easiest things to change. if you have a haynes manual, you can do it for about $120 for both sides.
