What are the difference between the two???
Any reason why a passlock II bypass module wouldn't work on passlock??

I'm installing a car starter on my g/fs sunfire, and can get a hold of a passlock II bypass module for cheap, So I wanted to know if it would work. looking at instruction, they both install the same way..

I dont really want to have to resort to that, I really would like to know what the differences are so I can understand it more..
