That's nuts. You can get a much nicer looking wheel for that much.
Also: Aren't spinners going for something like $30 at PepBoys?

I wouldn't do it myself, but when you're po, you're po. They like the style but just cant afford the real thing. They're blue collar guys making $8 an hour...you have to respect that. I wear Payless loafers because i can't afford Faragamos. I wear the John Henry suit from Sears because i can't afford armani. That's what you do when you like style but grow up in the ghetto. Personally, I've been saving for over 2 months for a set of $800 17s. But with my first car, a 92 Dodge Dynasty, I used chrome colored plastic wheel covers from wal-mart. You make due when you're poor.

^^I kinda feel ya on what you're saying. But at the same time, i gotta disagree. Most of us have gone through the Sears suit/ Payless shoes portion of our life, or are still going through it. But whether name brand or off brand, you make the clothes look good on how you present yourself. Same way with these. If you just bought a new Alero off the lot still clean and in good shape, then having these on your car wouldn't catch you much, if any, flak. It would be more like what you said, "Do what you gotta when ya broke". But for Regals and Cutlasses with the rusted bodies, broken taillights, bent antenna, and missing hood emblem......................i'm sorry, but they are flaunting too hard.

I can definately feel you on that one. Rule #1 When building a Lowrider is to make sure the inside (engine) is good before the outside is. The same does apply to a ride and it's shoes.
