On ebay for a resonable price the lights came from hong kong..

Bought from a Toronto company.. (Direct from Manufact.)

Brand is X-light
Heres the ebay store.

ok.. aparently you have to put the plug on the stock harness backwards...

As in not the right way.. haha..

Who would have thought.. :rolleyes2:

They are friggin nice, look great.. ridiculously bright
I got the 8000k colour

Also great tech support... emailed me back at 10pm at night in 10 mins..

15 min install..

I recommend them cant go wrong for $177 (cdn) shipped to your door in 3 days..

Anyone interested in pics ? I'll take some if anyone gives a shit..

ok had some time tonight.. took some pics..

I went for a long drive tonight through the city.. all I gotta say is that they are amazing..

specially reflective material, be it on people, or road signs.. I can make out roads signs at around 700-800 feet now... Very much worth the money.. imho

oh yeah.. had to add..

Dont bug me about my corners!!!! Im working on them! ;) they will be clear soon enough

don't they annoy other drivers? did anyone flash their lights at you?

teflone

looks great

Thanks..

And other drivers flashing lights..

Not yet.. :D

I wouldnt blame them.. but my headlight are aimed correctly..
So they are fine.. sure they are bright.. but not blinding to other drivers.. specifically to on-comming traffic..
of course because correct aiming of headlights has the driver side aimed low, and the passenger aimed more out front..
Just like every car..

I never really fell for white lights. the only thing it remembers me is BMW X5 drivers that stick to your bumper on a dark highway road that their fkin Xenon comes right in all your mirrors because he is higher... :gun:

Mine are the 8000k

Yup, bluish tint, without going to the ridiculous blue like the 10000k

The higher the K the more the blue, the lower the more white

The higher the K the more the blue, the lower the more white

Slight correction.. ;)

The higher the (K)elvin.. the red-er it is.. blue is in the middle of the spectrum..

The lower.. the more yellow, as soon as you drop below 5000k it starts going yellow.. 3000k is YELLOW!!!! and.. the lower the kelvins the more bright it is.. (Lumens) (Per watt)

above 10k is blue/purple

and 30000k is red..

I hope my 8000k are noticeably blue, i like a good amount of blue, not just a little "hint" of it

They are blue.. no doubt about it...

the 10000k are SUPER blue... prolly get pulled over..

Im sure you'll be happy with the 8000k

Alright, good to hear, thanks. I cant wait to get them!!!

Oh and you know the bulbs right next to the headlight bulbs????

cause i have xenon headlights right now, and they have a tiny bit of blue in them, but the lights right next to them are white(they used to be the amber ones), but i was wondering, are there any bulbs that would match my 8000k??????

I think thats the bulbs your talking about.. or the tiny little ones with no harness, they just snap in ?

I think your talking about the turn signal/marker lights..

I would suspect any ol blue bulb would look good..
I have a canadian tire brand (Dosent help you in the U.S) they are Icey blue signal markers, they look good..

They are not in on my pics I posted..

its not the small bulb on the outside of the headlights, its the bulb that used to be amber. but yea i know the number of the bulb, but im just wondering are there any bulbs that would look good with my hids.

Thanks for the help though:coolio:
