Another Razzi Alero. . .

Found another Alero with a kit on it here in Rochester. I actually saw this car about a year ago and it gave me the inspiration to get the razzi kit. By just seeing it in person made me want it, and pictures do not give the razzi kit enough justice sometimes. Oh and by the way this alero is FOR SALE!

If I remember correctlly he had magnaflo exhaust and it did sound pretty mean.

I just gave him a call and got some details. Its a 2000 GLS, with 115,000mi which are mostly highway. And the asking price is $5000.

jesus, if your dealership is selling alero's w/ 50K miles for $10K, im trading mine in at your lot. my car only has 60K mi, and it retails for about $6K tops, so realistically about $5K...

Wow, I really must have gotten a deal. I payed $10k for my 2004 GL with the 3.4L, ABS, Trac., leather steering wheel, rear spoiler. It only had 25,000 miles on it when I bought it in June. The thing with car dealers is that they like to really screw you up. My friend helped me because his dad was a car salesman and he knew the general manager, so he showed me the invoice for every car I got. I traded in my Toronado and he showed me the invoice (trade in value, or what they paid for it) for the Alero, and he showed me 10k for the alero. So he charged me 11k and gave me 1000 trade in. Moral of the story, everyone gets ripped off unless you know someone high up in the chain of car dealerships....

haha, my mom sold it to me, i got in an accident with my other car, some bitch ran a light and hit me. so i got 6k for that car, and my mom told me she would sell me her car for that price. so i got it:coolio: She got it brand new from the dealer for around 16k, the sticker said $22,550, but with the sales and shit she got it for 16.

i agree, first off it needs to lose that sticker on the side, then he needs to clear the corners, CLEAN HIS RIMS, take off those tacky wipers(not a big deal, but i noticed it), and tinting the windows would make it look better. oh and lowering the car too.

Just throwing a razzi kit on a car will not make it look better.

Well this thread took quite a turn! Well yes that car has some rust on it and was dirty ass hell. I think he is insane to ask that much for his car honestly, but he said he could possibly work on the price. Since we are playing the price game on alero's here I got mine almost 3 years ago with 50k on it for $8200 inculding tax and evrerything. A year later I tried trading it in at a local Chevy dealership for a 99 GTP with 93k on it and they would only give me $3250 for my car. I walked right out and now my car is pretty much worthless now that i have a $2000 scrape on my car thanks to kids that drive around all high and do some Sh#@#.

I should have bought the Olds' Aurora the dealership was gonna sell me for $8,000... It was a 1999 fully loaded with the BOSE speaker system... It was NICE!!! and it had less miles than my alero when I bought it and my alero was $2,000 more!!! I would have gotten it, but for some strange reason, my mom said no cause it was a 99...:nuts: She had to co-sign so I pretty much had no choice.....:( and I am paying more for this alero than I should be... lol I got screwed big time... I still owe $8000 on it...

The only thing that makes those wipers look different from stock is the little tiny red caps on the ends.
Not exactly rice, bad, or tacky if you ask me.
