ouch your gonna have a big gap btw the bumper the bottom end of the filler plate. Application could be better too. The cleaner the application of bondo/glaze putty, the quicker and easier it is to sand. I hope its a filler plate under there and its welded good.

i sure hope you have experience in metal fab work and know to apply a weld through primer on the metal before you weld, and like he said the metal work can be better thats why ya make templates before you cut and shape metal
on the back side apply a etch primer so it does not rust
i hope your going to finish it up and reinforce the rest of the metal

well ya still have a BIG gap btw the bumper and filler plate and ya should of taped off the bumper or remove it when sanding or apply filler so you don't get any on it. Still got HOURS (like 10 hr + ) of sanding to do. Can't rush perfection. It will show in the paint if its not perfect. primer usually doesn't show too much flaws and i hope that the primer isn't rattle can either. Or you'll have to redo all the work after when the car is painted a few months down the road.

GOD DAMN this went to shit it is not DONE AGAIN NOT DONE!!!!!! have to fix rear bumper 1st!!! reason for tail lights in bumpers is cause i hate the holes there going to be filled in and lights shaped like 59 caddi lights will be sunked in and everthing will be molded i know i got the gap andi got holes to fill heres a pic of car before i did it i painted lights 2 see what it looked like and the tail on it now ARE TEMPORARY!!!!!!!!!!!! Im personnaly not a big fan of bumper tails, but it seems to me its not that bad of a job. Like some said, let's see the final result. I think you are on the good way. For doin a little body work myself on one of my car, its really not easy at all.

For the rear tails, is it possible that I remember of a guy that had something btw the bumper and the trunk as tails? That looked sharp. If I had to do it, i'd only shave the inner tails, like that guy in here did with his black coupé.

I'll be getting a really good summer job to save up for a really good downpayment... (hoping about $3,000) As of right now, I'm unemployed cause not too long ago I was on a Disney College Program, and I have a lot of school work to do... My little bro is getting my car next spring and that's when I'm getting my new one...

I would love to do more to my car, but whenever I get the money to do it, something goes wrong with the car and I end up spending the money to get that fixed.... My foglights project went down the tube when my fog lights started leaking.... shorted out one LED, but saved the other three... So I need to try to save up to get new fog lights, new light bulbs, and if I wire those LEDs in again, more wire and another blue LED...

Some are in school, and the point of being in school is to get an education not to work on your car. Work on the education then you can get out, get a decent job, and get whatever car you want. Other's have different projects they are working on, like importing goods from other countries, or myself, I'm paying for a my wedding coming up, something you probably wouldn't know about because unfortunately for you, gay marriage isn't allowed in Indiana
