Ok, I am going to get Speedhut white face dial covers. I will have a mechanic install them, don't care how easy it is. I would rather pay somebody to do quality work ,then me permantly fork up my dash!
So, were did you guys install the inverter..assuming you have speedhut dial covers?
Thanks a lot.....maybe post some pics:rolleyes2:

I had the inverter join up with the light in the "bin" on the center console... I don't think I need to explain why.
But, when it comes to doing things yourself, don't be afraid to try things out. Really, we all came out of the womb knowing the same amount... try things out, have some fun, read up here first or ask questions for advice... but, that's just my little blurb.

Can't really fubar the dash with that mod unless you pull off the needles instead of just sliding them over. The worst you might do is um...kill your cubby light since that is probably where you want to splice in gauge wires. Unless you like spill your beer on in it while you're working. Although I did however realize that double sided tape has an inharent flaw in it's design.
