Clip of my poor car.

First off, it runs great, and now sounds decent, but it looks absolutely horrifying..

In this clip you will hear what a bone stock alero (with the addition of cold air intake) and the muffler chopped off sounds like. (Flame me if you must, but i think it sounds pretty monsterous.)

My reason for chopping off the muffler was to experiment.. nobody here has done it before that i know of, i had a new exhaust system on the way, so i figured what the hell.

Well, about that exhaust, its not coming.. the dumb pricks that i ordered it from took a month and a half to realize that they shouldnt even have that item up for sale on their website.. so that idea got screwed. I'll be gettin an exhaust kit as soon as i restore the ass end of my car.

You'll also see my missing rear bumper and at the very end of the clip, my sister walking out of the house thinking shes a professional opera singer. (she had no idea i was recording)

What was your first clue.. I had one on the way but the retards canceled the order again. same thing happened with Frostbite.

I will get one soon, but for now.. why blow the money, it sounds fine, im more worried about the apperance rather than the sound.

Keep in mind that this was an experiment.. i didnt chop it off just to sound cool.

I thought you meant that you weren't going to get an exhaust. for example "and boy im glad chopping off my muffler sounded halfway decent, or id be screwed" suggested that you wouldn't bother with a muffler if it already sounded half decent. And now you added "why blow the money, it sounds fine" so I was kinda right in the first place. Anyways, your profile says you're in fast food, I've been there and I know money for cars is a hard trip, so good luck with your project man.

lets start over.


Step 1: I ordered an exhaust kit for my car.

Step 2: I chop off my muffler to see what happens and how it sounds (im getting a new exhaust kit in the next couple weeks, right?)

Step 3: The people i ordered my exhaust kit from canceled the order because they never had it in stock to begin with.

Step 4: My rear bumper gets ripped off while traveling down the highway.

Step 5: Putting money twards getting the bumper replaced, rather than spending more for exhaust.


Hope that clears it up..

Edit: And just to clarify.. i AM getting exhaust, im just gonna get the looks replaced before i spend money on an exhaust kit again.
