Me and a friend have came to the conclusion that we are going to make a complete custom kit for the Alero since there are only like 2 on the market. I will have some pictures of what it will look like later this week and will be posting them.

But hey, tell me what you think. We are planning on making molds and selling them, so im gonna need some help and input.

Back to the original post....Since I have no idea what kind of expirience you have with body kits, I say go for it. If you haven't already, I would do as much research as you can on every body kit for as many cars as you can stand to ensure that you don't copy somone else. If I was to do a kit for the Alero, I would look at the body lines and create a kit that would accent the car and not look like some ricer with a fat wallet and no taste picked it up off ebay. Obviously this is easier said then done. I wish you good luck....Maybe since I was one of the only ones here to give you the benefit of the doubt, you could sell me the first one:D

Issues with the body kits though, it's not just "making one"... how does it stand up... quality of work and materials... sampling something like this is a big gamble, and it's not an easy project to take on... I would still be quite hesitant about an untried kit. Sure, sure, every kit that comes out goes through it as well... but, still... credentials, previous experience...

I finished that front bumper about a month ago. I'm just waiting on my Invader 2 side skirts and a new Showoff 3 rear bumper. And I don't have or know how to you Photoshop. If anyone is interested in that style front bumper, PM me and I'll give you a price on it. I only have a 3 bumpers left, and then I'll have to make some more.

not only is that a photoshop but it is of the most horrible quality.... wow it's terrible... if you wanna sell someone... do it right... look at the whit line on the pavement on the right... it goes to a point...... they don't paint white lines to a point... and if you are gonna use two images to make one... make sure you have congruent resolutions... i've never seen a camera pixilate the bottom half of a picture... terrible attempt... BAN!

My friend who was the brains behind this got a rear bumper close as you can to done, but just ditched out on me for the marines. So it is easy to say, this will not be finished at all seeing that i cant do body work.

But i would like to thank everyone for the support...:rolleyes2:

For anyone else thinking about trying this... i show my respect and wish you the best of luck to go off and do something different. And that goes to anyone else working hard to really do something "custom".
