I had chrome 17's on my aler-hoe for a week... wasnt love'n the gas milage haha
i dont mind #2, but there are lots of rImms out there, dun rush into one set. lol

it will be slow with or without chrome 17's. the weight difference between chrome and nonchrome isnt that big.

and alero's are fast anyhow so who cares if they slow u down....... and i find it funny someone said there rims hurt there gas milage..... good one.... u guys keep comin up wiht more amusing stuff all the time.... keep up the good work

i'd say go with 1 if you are keeping the alero basic looking on the outside, 2 if you are planning on adding any bodykits, or spicing up the exterior of the alero.

[SIZE=7]I say #1 for sure, and i agree with sweetalero99, chrome or no chrome its not gunna mess with your gas milage
