guys.... newbie here... will these fit on Alero? Ive talked to some pplz and they say only certain aftermarket headunits will fit an Alero.. i think its B.S.. well check em out:

Pioneer DEH-P6500
JVC KD-LH1100
Panasonic CQ-DF903U

The Pioneer will fit. I have a Pioneer in mine and love it.

Some fit with no modification, others you have to cut out some of the black plastic behind the head unit.

I have the pioneer deh-6400 (older version of the 6500) It would not fit with out cutting the plastic in the back with the kit from best buy but I had no problem with the kit from circiut city

yeah the pioneer i used to have fit fine. The old JVC El Kamelion that I put back in temporarily doesn't fit well, and I can't use the trim that is supposed to go around it. I can't tell you for sure about those other models but I'm 90% sure the pioneer will fit ok.
