Not sure if i should be posting this here, but its for my ecotec, so ya. anyway, im lookin at gettin some new wheels and tires finally. I wanna keep the price under 1000, and i've looked at wheelsnext.com and found some pretty nice sets of rims. my question though, is that they say the rims come mounted on tires, but how do you know what tires they are, didnt see a place to choose them.

When you probably go through the whole procedure, you would be able to choose what kind of tires you want to put on those rims.

well, i considered that and filled out all the paperwork etc, and all that was left was to enter my credit card infor and submit the order. so, idk what to think

it might be in the fine print somewhere. Odds are the rubber is nothing nice.

Looks like you can't choose. I don't like that at all.

Any local tire/wheel shops in your area? How about tirerack.com?

I would go to a local, reputable shop. If there are problems it's easier to take care of them. and you support the local economy in most cases. You get the rims you want along with the tires you want.

You have a car drive 10 miles or more to a shop.
