Good luck with that. If you can get em in there it'll work pretty slick. The headlamps for the alero aren't exactly the best design.

There's a couple pics with the projectors in them when they took pics of the OSV damage or flat tire or something, I know I saw them when I surfed through all of them.

I mounted mine right between the lights. so far no problems, I might relocate later though.

I mounted my ballasts between the washer fluid resv, on one side..
and the coolant overflow resv. on the other..

I wouldnt worry about mounting them, there is ALOT of room in my v6 alero to mount them anywhere..

Just make sure they are secure and not going to rattle around much, the only water protection I would suggest is that the stock, and HID ballasts connectors are out of direct water, rain and what not..

I went the extra mile and wrapped them in electrical tape..

the connectors (kaba) on the HID's are all waterproof. never saw any of them that are'nt

But the stock power connector in your headlight chasis isnt waterproof.

I ended up pulling the stock light harness out of the DaytmeR lights hole to give me more length of wire to work with..

I also also ran into alot of HID's that are backwards in polarity.. mine were as well..

I cut the stock harness off and re-soldered it backwards so that the polarity for the HID's was correct..

This is all stuff I thought that would work and look good. go with whatever works.. ;)
Good luck
