Hey everyone, I am Scott T. I just bought an 03 alero 2.2. I have to say it is better than I expected, but I have actually never drove a 4c before, so the lack of get up and go in low gear catches me sometimes. I learned to drive in a 87 Vette, and since then have had a grand am v6, a 93 chrysler lebaron conv. and a 92 vette. I plan on doing alot to this car and am looking forward to doing most of it myself, I have never done any serious mods myself, the most ive done is install electronics and some minor stuff like starters and alternators so its gonna be interesting. I am living in Richmond Va so if there are any of you from here get up with me. I have been reading some of the forums and noticed most of the mods are for the v6 I am hoping there is more I can do to the 2.2, also I cant wait to go to ASS it sounds like a blast, I challange you all to go karts and demo haha. ok well just holla at me.

Richmond Vancouver? That's what I figured, Richmond is a suburb of Vancouver. Or is there a Richmond in Virgina too?

Welcome to the site, man :yahoo:

Don't worry the 2.2 Eco has a bigger aftermarket than the V6 does

Well I went very cheap and simple on my first mod to Lester ( yes I named my Alero a dudes name), it is the brake light decal. and yeah Richmond is the capital of Virginia, I just moved here about 4 months ago, I like it so far. There is a drag strp about 30 min. from me, havent had the chance to go yet due to working all the time but....Oh and by the way my next mod will prolly just be getting mirror tint on. Though I am looking into intakes, is that group buy still on?
