I'm starting a new project with my headlights, but the caulk that holds the assembly together is dirty and not really usable anymore. I know I could spend HOURS scraping it all out, but wanted to know if anyone knew of any dissolvents that would break the caulk up and make it easier to remove.

Should be on the upper part of the 4 foot section where the silicone is.

There is no easy way of doing it? Get ready to get down and dirty, and using any kind of dissolvent on the headlight assembly could be a disater waiting to happen. Just my opinion, but do you.
