Heard Acetone improves gas mileage, so i chunked in about 2oz. of it in my gas tank and ima see what happens. Almost immedietly however i noticed a sweet bump in performance, smoother shifts, and my engine sounds different. So far I like the results. Ill keep yall updated!

I guess this is true from some quick google search here is a helpful thing on how much you should use.

Add in tiny amounts from about one part per 5000 to one part per 3000, depending on the vehicle -- just a few ounces per ten gallons of gas. This comes to between 0.0003 % to 0.0025 % acetone maximum or approximately 1/15th of one-percent. Note that is around .78 cc per liter or one ounce per 10 gallons. Not more than three oz. per 10 gallons.

its been proven and disproven... i guess it really depends on the vehicle. i've seen both sides of the argument.

but, i guess we have our own experimentee right here on site.

I'd be more interested in how much potential damage it's doing to the seals.

i dont think it damages the seals if you use it in small amounts. Recommended amount is 1-2oz per 10 gallons. and since the Alero has a really small gas tank, i just put in 2oz.

Take it to the track then and see what the difference is in mph and time.

Its stupid it'll eat away at your seals and gaskets! Dont do it!

just put racefuel in every now and then i'll put in some 110 octane like a gallon or two, to mix with my 93 octane every now and then when i fill up. 110 seems to do the job

My car gets 87 octane, unless its high compression engine, thats all it needs.

110 is, I believe, leaded gas. That'll lead to problem in your engine long-term. Best to stick to 100 or 106 unleaded. It cures detonation problems on high compression engines and in the worst summer heat, but otherwise isn't necessary for most other applications.
