On the 4-door Aleros, are the rear regulators the exact same part (meaning, you could switch them?) I ask because I need the rear passenger-side window fixed, and I found this:

We are selling the REAR unit only (left or right side)

well, what I'm doing is this:
buy parts cheap online, and take them to the dealer and have them install them. This way, I know what I'm getting.

i just replaced mine in my d.s door and what a pain in the butt!!! the motor regulator you are looking at in ebay doesn't look like what I installed . once you get the door panel off it's a peice of cake .

Hey, ive replaced my driver side door twice but the last one i works real good, goes up and down fast. Heres where i got it www.1aautomotive.com. Look for them on ebay, i think i paid like $70 for it with s/h. if you have anymore questions just yell back at me. and it wasnt hard to install at all!!

I had both of my regulators put in at a auto glass shop and they only charged $30 a window. I'd try there before I'd go to the dealer.
