i'm not sure about that. i think its taking overall, every possible tax into account.

we might have higher property tax.... i honestly dunno, i heard my parents/their friends talking about the various rates around here.

but who knows... maybe they are uninformed. :lol:

well, if Niagara county is indeed the highest taxed county, then North Tonawanda is a prime example of wasted taxes because they are not spent on any public works lol
