The Photos! (http://2basic.ca/eric/clearcorners)

Took about 2 hours of work and 6 hours of waiting. The first headlight was a bitch but the second one took about 20 minutes. My total cost for doing this was $10 for the silicone and $4 for the exacto knife. I went to my parents house for a blow dryer and my Mom gave me what looks to be a very expensive one; it worked very well. I used a large Robertson to remove the left over Delco sludge and got most of it. When I re-silliconed the bezel to the outside piece I let it sit for about 30 minutes before sealing the headlight shut. Being short of a large clamp, I used a large chair in my living room with a pillow, letting it adhere for a few hours.

I ordered some NicSand Professional 5 Minute Optical Repair Pads which should remove most if not all of the fog and oxidation in my headlights. I also ordered some 8500k bulbs and just need to pick up some clear (orange illuminated) signals.

I'm very satisfied with how it looks, I wanted to paint the bezels black but wasn't sure about painting the lenses connected to the bezel. I'm putting grille inserts in today and depending on how it all looks once my headlights have been sanded and polished, I might opt for a paint job. I have new window tint for inside too (the regulators scrapped my windows), but I'm thinking about tinting either the heads or tails.

On that topic...

What's the best way to mount the 3-piece grille kit found on eBay?
-They seem to think it's silicone (which is ridinkulous) but I'm thinking, self-tapping screws?

I want to re-tint my windows, how do I stop the regulators from scratching the shit out of my new tints?

Any thoughts on tinting heads or tails? And what a reasonable light % would be?

I would have painted the bezels like i did mine. But it looks awesome otherwise.

For the mesh I drilled little holes in the bumper and used little zipties on the corners, its been working great for almost 2 years now.

Did you completely paint the bezel, or just the outer part of it?
That looks really sick

Lights look good, I like how the couch is pushing the headlights together  very good idea

Yeah the first one would take the longest, but by the time you get to the second one, you know what to expect ;)

I painted the whole bezel but masked over the chrome behind the bulbs in the turn signals.
