hey all, just wondering if anyone has thought of or done this. Im thinkin about removing my back seat and somehow putting in two bucket seats. Just to light the back a bit, can it be done? any help would be great

Andys auto sport has racing seats for 250 a pair. Go to alero then racing seats and one of the brands has them for that much. Once mines paid off imgetting a pair of them.

those racing seats will weigh more are back seats are at the bottom all foam and the back part is a little plastic maybe an inch thick foam and 4 meta pieces id say maybe 15 lbs for entire back seat. and also we have the theater seating were back seat is up more so making the back so that the seat doesnt hit the roof is going to take some work. also to mount these seats he mounting brackes ud have to custom do would prolly weigh more the fact seat
id say just get front racing seats and cover the back to match or do a fiberglass cover board for the back seat

You can use other 4-seaters for ideas too... Like an early 90s grand prix or cutlass supreme. A late model Maxima, or VW Phaeton among other cars.

i was thinking about this a while back... but apparently its alot of work. Aftermarket seats are pretty tall... and almost completely block your back window..

I like those black ones.

Easier to clean, and will go nice with the tan interior
