Hey guys

its the goofy talkin dude again ! lol

Well it goes like this, im cheking out for a exasut system, i heard allot about SLP and Borla... but i wonder... how does each of them sound like ?! any you guys can post clips ? and also give a little detail about the car.. 2.4, 2.2, 3.4... intake or not bla bla bla you know ;)

oh ! and another thing... how do these cost ?! i was told 1000$CAN installed and everything.

SLP sounds like a grandam on speed, borla sounds like a '72 Mustang. lol. hope that helps.

mmm its a sound clip on the 3.4... i got a 2.4....

and the guy doesnt revv it like he should lol

SLP i dont think makes a kit for the 2.4L...also keep in mind you have a 4-cylinder NOT a 6 so it wont sound NEARLY as deep as the SLP 3.4L sound clip u heard..at allll

SLP doesn't, but the kit for the 3400 does fit the 2.4 without any problems. I have heard the SLP sounds really bad on the 2.4 though.

Also depends on what kind of sound you are looking to get.

Loud and raspy - SLP
Deep and throaty - Borla

Like others have said it would be cheaper to get a custom set up made with the muffler of your choice. Myself and several others have a DynoMax SuperTurbo muffler on our 2.4's and it sounds really good. Cost me around $230 if I recall.
