Window Squeaking

My windows have gotten to where when you roll them up or down, they squeak. Mostly the driver side, and it's gettin pretty bad. I figure it's just the tracks or whatever, but was just wondering what I should use to lube them to make it stop. I ran a search, but couldn't find anything.

lithium grease or graphite lubricant in the regulator tracks

thanks siulero. just bought some white lithium grease at autozone tonight. waitin for tomorrow to get to it.
