changing brake drums to rotors

i was wondering if i change the brake drums to rotary brakes do i need to change the master cylinder too? and if i do, what else do i need to change?

As far as I've found, there is no difference in the master cylinder for rear drum versus rear disc.

I could have sworn this involves alot more than it seems, Someone posted asking this before and it turns out alot of stuff has to be swapped out.

The only comparison I can make is I have owned to identical model Nissan Sentra's, one was an "E" with rotors in front and drums in rear, I also own a Nissan Sentra SE-R with rotors all around, the master cylinder and hydroboost system is exactly the same.
