Ok I have pulled them before but your typical wheel remover wont cut it nor will a jaw puller.

* What tool is used to pull the steering wheel off (proved link or pic if possible) ?

I just used a damper/steering wheel puller kit I picked up at princess auto. Gave me no issues whatsoever. VERY similar to this kit:

How did you do it - there are no holes on the steering wheel to thread into....

I was unable to pull mine with anything...

Make sure to pull the SRS fuse so you don't get a shot from the airbags!!!

Ah, the old "sledge hammer and a pry bar" way of doing things...

I should have done that. How hard is the metal to drill through?

I used a regular 3 jaw puller on one at the junk yard and ended up pulling it apart. It seperated from the steel ring that slips over the shaft.
Reason im trying to get it out is because I F'ed up my horn ring when I put my new mutli-switch and now my horn doesnt work. Im watching the other post because I may have to put in a button of some sort wih all the dumb A$$es around here I need that Horn !

It's going to take me a few weeks to get to - but once I do up the steering wheel, I'll post up a step by step with pics (in ref to the horn button).
