I just replaced the passenger side front wheel bearing last week. Car sounded great (made no wheel noise) for a few days. Now it is making the wheel bearing noise again, but this time it sounds like it is coming from the driver's side. Is it normal for the bearings to go bad around the same time?

Thanks for any advice. Just not looking forward to replacing another wheel bearing due to problems with removing the last one. The threads on the last one were defective from the factory and caused the bolts to be super tight. We had to cut them off and I am fearing the same with the other side.

Well, I bought a new Timken wheel bearing for the driver's side last night. Hoping to put it on tonight. Weird thing though, I jacked up the car and checked the driver's front tire for play and didn't find any. Passenger side had play in it before I replaced the bearing. Hope I am replacing the right part!

Mine didn't have any play in it as well when I had to replace it.
