Amp:

Pioneer GM-212 Can't find anything online for it.

Collateral-

2 Mitsubishi speaker sets. 50w Output each, one speaker and two tweeters prefab from manufacturer My dad had these in his old van. but they work fine and haven't been used for years.

So I'm a pretty laid back guy, and I'm not looking for much. Just a little bit of extra bump. I think this should do it nicely. What do you guys think?

from what i've seen (didn't bother with the links) pioneer makes good headunits, but not the best speakers. (speaking from a most bang for the buck standpoint)

usually for the same price, you can get something that bumps better, or sounds clearer.

what kind of music do you listen to the most?

Head units are always good to decent at worst.

I woul look into other subs, speakers and amplifiers.

Cadence has a summer sale going on for Amplifiers, really good prices for power!

Subs... Well theres many to choose from. The one you are looking at is very low end.

If you could afford a bit more power, theres a guy on my board selling Elevation Audio SQX subs for very cheap... Hes also got amps for cheap, check it out www.caraudiocentral.net

It's not that I can't afford beter... the amp is 20 bucks. the subs are 30. the box for the subs was 5.

I listen mostly to metal, I just want a little extra something to piss off people with one of my friends rap CD's.

Well for that kind of money its cool.

Cause for $50 you cant buy squat worth while. You get what you pay for ;)
