Custom trunk lid

Well I have come to the decision that in order to get rid of the nasty rattle from my system that I need to make a custom trunk lid.... unless I can figure out something about that one annoying panel and the spoiler (I have a stock spoiler). Just curious what others have done on a custom trunk lid and how they went about it....maybe this can help others too..?

most ppl seem to complain that the most common source of rattle is the license plate. Look over in the AV section, i'm pretty sure this have come up quite often.

I have done numerous different tests to be sure, and I know its the spoiler and that piece that just snaps on, its not the license plate.

I know that the part of the trunk with the "ALERO" on it rattles like hell... and there's multiple ways to fix it. Some people have used weather stripping, but it apparently wears off after about 3-4 months (I guess it depends on how much you pound...).

Just found by a simple search... I know that I've been stupid in the past and not actually changed the "Search Where" to ALL FORUMS... in the future that helps alot. :)

Now, I have the rattle on the right side of the rear bumper, anyone know how to fix this?
