^ agreed. don't spend a whole ton of money on your back speakers. they don't make much of a difference. I'd replace them if the woofers in the 6x9 is blown... but don't buy some expensive ones.... its a waste.
for less money you can get these

for your front doors. they just buy an amp down the line and you'll be getting kicked in the chest, routinely.

well one of the back ones is blown, and its annoying the hell out of me. I will buy cheaper ones for the back..... i will eventually change the front speakers out, but i will do that when i get rid of my subs.

erm my rears were WELL worth the money ($55)... i had them installed first and damn it sounded finished, 4x6s complemented more. 6x9s add good mid bass for those without subs (like me) pioneer w00t

yea, well thats why i wanted to get good back speakers, cause when i get rid of my subs i still want to have some good bass. The back speakers give you the bass

Most of the people on here that say you don't need rear speakers either have huge systems so you can't hear them anyways, or they don't give a crap about quality. For the sound to balance right you need rear speakers, preferably good ones. Those infinitys would work just fine.
As for plugs, NGK is a good brand. It doesn't make much of a difference which kind, but Iridium IX is supposedly the best. But you can probably get them cheaper at a local auto parts store than online.

a lot of times i have my bass turned down cause of people in the back, they always tell me to turn it down:lol: But i would like a nice pair of rear speakers that have good bass......those speakers are 300 watts, pretty good for bass if you ask me! ;) idk, i might just get the infinitys.... i will front speakers after i get rid of the woofers:lol:

300 watts means thats the power they can take if you put an amp to them. They don't automatically put out that much power.

i'd at least shop around for a better deal on 6x9's, $170 is ridiculous. you're not gonna get much bass out of 'em anyway if you run them off your cd player rather than an amp.

i dont see why you guys care about bass coming from your mids...if you want bass get subs, anyway i talked to him and told him why he would be wasting his money and i guess i changed his mind about his $200 speakers.

get those sony explode 3 way 6X9's from walmart for like $70.00 bucks and call it a day. Better then stock but won't break the bank. I forget the wattage rating but I think it's between 150 and 200 watts for them.

I like that choice of rear speaker, but you could probably find them less expensive somewhere else. And they will also work if you have the Monsoon setup. However, on your choice of plugs, I would definitely go to AutoZone and get the ACDelco 41-101 Iridium plug. It's the same thing for $7/ea. They're made by NGK.

Yep, be EXTREMELY careful if you re-gap them. The electrode is VERY fine and breaks easily.

I just bought the AC Delco's, DAMN, cost me 40 bucks. These things better be the best damn sparkplugs! My step dad was telling me how much he hates NGK, he had one on his snowmobile....he was doing 70 and 1 of the plugs shitted on him. Then the NGK plugs in his snowblower were shit. Im hoping you guys are right when you say they are good:lol:

Gap doesn't make a difference for performance, unless its gapped huge then you might get blowout. It just has to do with how easy it starts, the gap the plug comes at will work just fine, especially since you have a stock engine.
and, 40 bucks!? I got mine for $16, stock spec ac delco iridiums.

It'll help a little if you have the car in park, have someone else push it forward as much as they can, then set the e-brake. That'll rock the engine forward a bit and make them easier to reach.

I paid only 8.00bucks for mid grade champion plugs form pepboys, and the gap they come with is .050, I didn't change it and I haven't had a problem yet and its been I think 2 or 3 weeks. Why are you getting or thinking about getting 3ohm speakers if you don't mind me asking?
