Did you use a scuff pad or lightly sand before painting?

no i was going to then i tested the paint on the bottom and hit it with a heat gun and it stuck really well. i didn't want to have sand marks in the paint. if it comes off i will re do it

i was thinking of doing all led lights 194 and 3157 any thoughts ?

Where is it streaky? you might be able to just open the back of the headlight where the bulb goes in and stick your finger in there with a cloth and just clean it. I wouldnt tear apart my headlight to clean the streaks, i would try and clean it from the back!
