how meny pins are on the flasher relay ?
i need to get an elect flasher for led's and i dont want to put in line resistors

The flasher is built into the hazard switch. You can bypass it if you don't want to use the resistors though. The turn signals would use pin C (pink) which is ignition 1 voltage, and pin H (purple) which is the load for the signals. the flashers usually get hooked up with either 2 pins (B+ and Load) or three pins (B+, Load and ground). If you do need a ground wire, it's pin A (black).

im also thinking of putting one of these in each rear turn signal in place of the bulbs

so this is my thought :
150 ohm 25 watt resistor between the purple and the black off the hazard switch. should take care of all the led turn signals. each bulb is 6 ohm resistense ( FILAMENT). and there are 4 3157 bulbs in the turn signal circuit.

Well your LED strips have resistors built in them... I'm not sure what other LEDs you have..

He's talking about a load balancing resistor so that they flash at the same rate. It kinda negates the energy savings of LEDs though.

so this is my thought :

I like the idea of the ONE resistor on the hazard switch. I've installed LEDs in only the rear lights, and when I use just the left or the right, I get the fast blinking. When I use the hazard switch the lights blink at normal rate. Also, if I install LEDs on the front, as well as the rear, nothing blinks, and they do their own thing.
Maybe I'll try the resistor on the hazards switch idea, and let ya know how things work out.
