I know it's an old program, but never seen it here before. By the name, the car list stops at 2000, but the Al is on there along with 932 other cars. The specs the program uses are for the GLS, but if you go to Edit/Analyze, you can make changes to your engine specs, tire preference, and power. And if/after you change the HP and torque, you can run it on the track.

thats pretty neato. they must have removed the speed limiter on the program because they have the alero going 130mph around talladega lol

According to that program, my car (modified) should only make it to 60 in 7.2 seconds, and a 1/4 mile in 15.8 lol. Yet ive timed it to 6.5 and 14.9.... what the heck is giving me that speed ?

I think I entered 200 and 230, even though my car is probably not even making that. You can see my mods in my sig, so I really dont know. To get a 1/4 of 15.2, I put the HP etc around 210 and 240, but reduced the weight of the vehicle to 3050.

What am I doing wrong? I can save the files to the computer but can't get file to work for me.

uhhh, unzip the files then just click on the CT application icon. :banghead:

pretty sweet program....it says my grandma's malibu can do 127 which makes me laugh....i think i just spent a half hour messing around with it

well other dos programs work on vista :p it just doesnt like switching to full screen thats what the problem that arises.

i had that happen...it does it if other programs are open. try it after closing other active programs

It works now, thought I was just being stupid.

funny you mention that, i actually did take some excedrin before coming in to work tonight. ;)
