Ive looked around on this forum and found some similar problems but I think mine is a bit different. All of my dash lights wont work. This also includes the lights for the radio (stock). The radio works but the lights dont come on. The ac controls dont light up either, as well as the My driving/parking lights (tail) dont work. The brake lights and turning signal work though. My interior lights work as well. Headlights are fine. The warning lights work and the svs light comes on of course.

Ive tested all the mini fuses and they all work. I havent tested the maxi fuses yet. Could it be one of those or possibly the relays? Any help would be awsome.

thanks alot

Everything is sealed up and none of the fuses/boxes showed any sign of water.

If I remember right the parking fuse was a mini and all of those checked out ok. I should add the fog lights dont work either.

There is a relay on the left fender well under the hood. I know it will effect the turn signals if not grounded so it might be the problem if it died. Check that.

This I did not know. Hmmmmmm, an older dog teaching a newer dog something. When you say left do you mean passenger side or drivers side?

By the way Charley, it's nice to see that you haven't skeedaddled from the sight once you got a taste of it.

I mean the drivers side and it's not in the plastic covered box with the group of relays. On my '99, this relay is by itself mounted with one bolt to the fender well. It may be different on newer models? Anyway, I broke this bolt when trying to loosen it when I was installing the driving lamps on my car. I wanted to use the same location for mounting the driving lights remote control box. Since I did not have what I needed at the moment to replace the broken bolt, I left it loose. That's when my turn signals went crazy & blinking too fast when used. It seems there was some other lighting problem also. Two days later, I replaced the broken bolt and the turn signals went back to working normal. So, this relay is in the lighting system somehow and I was thinking that if this relay died on Gmorra's car, perhaps this relay might be a contributing factor in his problem.

LOL ... I don't scare away easily! :p

I'll check to see if mine has that. Mine's a 02 so I'll see if it has it.

Ive checked all the mini-fuses and they all tested ok. I'll replace it anyway and see what happens. Is it possible it's one of the relays?
