Ill try to explain this the best i can just please help.

well a few weeks ago i noticed when i reved my car to 6,500 when i was racing a friend that it kinda went slow to the next gear instead of jumping back like normal.
It shifts ok when i drive normal around town but if i rev it to 5,500 rpms or above it shifts funny. I took off the red tranny fluid cap should i be able to see tranny fluid close to the cap cause i can't see any at all. can someone please help me asap id appreciate it alot thanks.

ALSO ITS A 2.4 ENGINE IF THAT MATTERS

No You can not see the fluid with the cap removed. Have the transmission scanned as it is electronically controlled & could be a solenoid or other elec. component.

What sensor did you unplug. If it was the VSS you should have set a MIL light.

What are you talking about.
